FDS6685 Description

FDS6685 is a -30v P-Channel Logic Level PowerTrench? MOSFET. This P-Channel Logic Level MOSFET is produced using Fairchild Semiconductor's advanced PowerTrench process that has been specially tailored to minimize on-state resistance and yet maintain superior switching performance.

FDS6685 Features

• -8.8 A, -30 V. RDS(ON) = 0.020 [email protected] VGS = -10 V      

                            RDS(ON) = 0.035 [email protected] VGS = -4.5 V

• Extended VGSS  range (?à25V) for battery applications.
