FDS9958 Description
The MOSFET specified by these P-channel logic levels are produced using an advanced PowerTritch process that is customized to minimize on-resistance while maintaining low gate charge for excellent switching performance. These devices are ideal for portable electronic applications: load switching and power management, battery charging and protection circuits.
