FTCO3V455A1 Description
A 3-phase MOSFET inverter specifically designed for 12V battery systems is included in the 40V low Rds(on) automotive rated power module known as the FTCO3V455A1. It has an RC snubber circuit, an NTC for temperature sensing, and a precision shunt resistor for current sensing. For applications including electric power steering, electro-hydraulic power steering, electric water pumps, and electric oil pumps, the module, which uses Fairchild's trench MOSFET technology, is created to give an extremely small and high performance variable speed motor drive. The power module complies with UL, RoHS, and is 100 percent lead free.
