The ISL9V3040D3ST-F085C gadgets are the next-generation ignition IGBTs that provide exceptional SCIS capability in the compact D-Pak (TO-252). Along with the TO-263 D2-Pak, TO-262, and TO- 220 plastic packaging, which are also industry standards. This gadget is designed to be used as a coil driver in vehicle ignition circuits. Voltage clamping is provided internally using diodes, eliminating the requirement for external parts.
