In this device, the DC current gain is 120 @ 500mA 5V, which is the ratio between the base current and the collector current.With a collector emitter saturation voltage of -150mV, it offers maximum design flexibility.In VCE saturation, Ic is at its maximum value (saturated), and the vce saturation (Max) is 500mV @ 100mA, 1A.Emitter base voltages of -5V can achieve high levels of efficiency.As defined by current rating, the maximum current a fuse can carry without deteriorating too much is -3A for this device.During maximum operation, collector current can be as low as 3A volts.
