In this device, the DC current gain is 70 @ 50mA 2V, which is calculated by taking the ratio of the base current to collector current and dividing transistor by two.This design offers maximum flexibility with a collector emitter saturation voltage of 200mV.A VCE saturation (Max) of 400mV @ 50mA, 500mA means Ic has reached its maximum value(saturated).Single BJT transistor is possible to achieve a high level of efficiency by maintaining the emSingle BJT transistorter base voltage at 8V.Fuse current ratings refer to how much current the fuse can carry for an indefinite period without deteriorating too much, and this device has a current rating of 700mA.Parts of this part have transition frequencies of 50MHz.During maximum operation, collector current can be as low as 700mA volts.
