KSD560RTU Overview
As explained above, DC current gain takes into account the rate at which the base current flows through the collector current; therefore, DC current gain for this device is 2000 @ 3A 2V.The collector emitter saturation voltage is 1.5V, which allows for maximum design flexibility.A VCE saturation indicates a maximum value of Ic (saturation), and a maximum value of VCE saturation (Max).A 5A continuous collector voltage is necessary to achieve high efficiency. The emitter base voltage can be kept at 7V for high efficiency.Normally, a fuse's current rating refers to how much current it can carry without deteriorating too much, which in this case is 5A.In extreme cases, the collector current can be as low as 5A volts.
