DC current gain' is equal to the ratio of the collector current to the base current, something like Ic/Ib, and this device has 1500 @ 120mA 10V DC current gain.The collector emitter saturation voltage is 2V, giving you a wide variety of design options.In VCE saturation, Ic is at its maximum value (saturated), and the vce saturation (Max) is 3V @ 1.2mA, 120mA.A high level of efficiency can be achieved if the base voltage of the emitter remains at 5V.A fuse's current rating indicates how much current it will be able to carry over an indefinite period, and this device has a current rating of (2A).Single BJT transistor contains a transSingle BJT transistorion frequency of 6MHz.A maximum collector current of 2A volts is possible.
