MJH11017 Overview
As dc = Ic/Ib, DC current gain is the ratio of base current to collector current, and DC current gain for this device is 400 @ 10A 5V.Saturation of VC means the Ic value is at its maximum, so vce saturation (Max) is 4V @ 150mA, 15A.In order to achieve high efficiency, the continuous collector voltage should be kept at 15A.Keeping the emitter base voltage at 5V allows for a high level of efficiency.Normally, a fuse's current rating refers to how much current it can carry without deteriorating too much, which in this case is -15A.Parts of this part have transition frequencies of 3MHz.A maximum collector current of 15A volts can be achieved.
