MPSA63 Product Details
MPSA63 Description
MPSA13 is a type of silicon PNP Darlington transistor available in a TO-92 package. It is a Darlington transistor, which means it has two transistors or a pair of identical transistors inside it, connected in a special way, called a Darlington pair. Darlington transistor MPSA13 is designed based on the epitaxial planar process for applications that requires extremely high gain.
