DC current gain' is equal to the ratio of the collector current to the base current, something like Ic/Ib, and this device has 60 @ 100mA 1V DC current gain.A collector emitter saturation voltage of 500mV allows maximum design flexibility.Saturation of VC means the Ic value is at its maximum, so vce saturation (Max) is 500mV @ 100mA, 1A.The base voltage of the emitter can be kept at 5V to achieve high efficiency.A fuse's current rating indicates how much current it will be able to carry over an indefinite period, and this device has a current rating of (1A).There is a transition frequency of 50MHz in the part.In extreme cases, the collector current can be as low as 1A volts.
