DSC550100L Overview
As the DC current gain is the ratio of the collector current to the base current, for this device the DC current gain is 200 @ 500mA 2V.A collector emitter saturation voltage of 400mV ensures maximum design flexibility.As a result of vce saturation, Ic reaches its maximum value (saturated), and vce saturation(Max) is 400mV @ 20mA, 500mA.Single BJT transistor is recommended to keep the continuous collector voltage at 500mA in order to achieve high efficiency.The base voltage of the emitter can be kept at 12V to achieve high efficiency.A transition frequency of 150MHz is present in the part.This device can take an input voltage of 20V volts before it breaks down.During maximum operation, collector current can be as low as 500mA volts.
