DC current gain' is equal to the ratio of the collector current to the base current, something like Ic/Ib, and this device has 130 @ 150mA 10V DC current gain.The collector emitter saturation voltage is 400mV, which allows for maximum design flexibility.Vce saturation?means Ic is at its maximum value(saturated), and the vce saturation(Max) is 400mV @ 30mA, 300mA.A constant collector voltage of 500mA is necessary for high efficiency.A high level of efficiency can be achieved if the base voltage of the emitter remains at 5V.As a result, the part has a transition frequency of 150MHz.The breakdown input voltage is 80V volts.In extreme cases, the collector current can be as low as 500mA volts.
