DC current gain in this device equals 340 @ 500mA 2V, which is the ratio of the base current to the collector current.With a collector emitter saturation voltage of 1V, it offers maximum design flexibility.A VCE saturation (Max) of 1V @ 100mA, 3A means Ic has reached its maximum value(saturated).Single BJT transistor is recommended to keep the continuous collector voltage at 3A in order to achieve high efficiency.If the emitter base voltage is kept at 7V, a high level of efficiency can be achieved.Single BJT transistor contains a transSingle BJT transistorion frequency of 200MHz.Single BJT transistor can take a breakdown input voltage of 20V volts.A maximum collector current of 3A volts can be achieved.
