525R-03ILF Overview

The Tube method is used for packaging clock ICs. The 28-SSOP (0.154, 3.90mm Width) package contains this clock generator. It is designed that the Clock PLL's input should be PECL. To access the electronic component's full performance, 1 circuits are implemented. 250MHz is the maximal value for normal operation.
