The Tray method is used for packaging clock ICs. This clock generator is embedded in the 24-VFQFN Exposed Pad package. This clock generator ic can sustain 260 degrees of temperature during reflowing. 24 terminations can be found in frequency generators. Basically, a voltage of 1.8V should be applied to this electronic frequency generator. Surface Mount-slots make it easy to mount this electronic component on panels. It would be possible to supply this clock PLL with 1.98V of power. This RF synthesizer has CLOCK GENERATOR, PROCESSOR SPECIFIC uPs, uCs, and peripheral ICs. This frequency synthesizer requires a supply voltage above 1.71V to be safe. The PLL may become ha85°Cardous once the operating temperature exceeds 85°C. Synthesi200MHzing a clock output frequency of 200MHz is possible with this clock-generator. In temperatures lower than -40°C, this frequency generator may not start. There is a ALSO OPERATES AT 2.5V AND 3.3V NOMINAL SUPPLY feature on this frequency generator in order to produce a better clock signal.
