REF03GS-REEL7 Overview


A handy 8-SOIC (0.154, 3.90mm Width) package is used.The handy Tape & Reel (TR) package is used in this program.Various functions terminate at 8.The reference voltage is coupled with an analog IC THREE TERMINAL VOLTAGE REFERENCE.According to the test statistics, it produces 2.5V voltage.In this case, it is sufficient to generate 1 outputs.There are 8 pins on the voltage reference ic.The temperature should be kept below 240 during the reflow soldering procedure.For PCB designs requiring high performance, Surface Mount is available.The supply voltage must be 15V.To supply it, a voltage of 4.5V is required.2.515V is the highest voltage output from the voltage reference ic.2.485V voltage less than 2.485V is output by the voltage reference circuit.The maximum ambient temperature is 85°C.It should be -40°C at the bottom of the voltage reference circuit.
