A handy SC-74A, SOT-753 package is used.Uses the handy Series package.The handy Tape & Reel (TR) package is used in this program.Various functions terminate at 5.Voltage reference with ±0.5% tolerance.The reference voltage is coupled with an analog IC THREE TERMINAL VOLTAGE REFERENCE.According to the test statistics, it produces 2.048V voltage.In this case, it is sufficient to generate 1 outputs.The user can enter input on the Fixed form.There are 5 pins on the voltage reference ic.The temperature should be kept below 260 during the reflow soldering procedure.The voltage reference ic is settled with 5 pins.For PCB designs requiring high performance, Surface Mount is available.I am qualified to work within -40°C~85°C TA.Search "LM4120" for other relevant parts.Surface Mount applications are appropriate for the voltage reference.The reference voltage cannot produce output current greater than 5mA.High-quality communication is available through 1 channels.The maximum output voltage is 2.048V.Users should confine the voltage in accordance with the part's maximum input voltage of 14V.The supply voltage must be 3.3V.In most cases, the voltage reference ic can provide a voltage input of 2V~12V.Idle parts use 250μA.During operation, it uses a current of 275μA as its supply current.What are the Substances of Very High Concern (SVHC) in the voltage reference ic?In spite of variations in external conditions, this voltage reference can output a voltage of 2.048V.For the voltage reference ic to run, it requires 3.3V voltage at least.Unless specified otherwise, this voltage reference ic should not be supplied with voltages exceeding 3.3V volts.It should be powered by at least 14V volts.
