As a clock IC, it uses the Tape & Reel (TR) package. In the 24-VFQFN Exposed Pad package, there is an embedded clock generator. In the reflowing process, this clock generator ic is able to maintain a maximum temperature of 260. As a result of this, we can find 24 terminations. Basically, a voltage of 1.8V should be applied to this electronic frequency generator. The Surface Mount allows the electrical component to be installed conveniently on the panel. 1.98V would be the maximum supply voltage for this clock generator. There are CLOCK GENERATOR, PROCESSOR SPECIFIC uPs/uCs/Peripheral ICs integrated into this digital clock generator. Safety considerations dictate that the supply voltage for this frequency synthesizer should be greater than 1.71V. As soon as the PLL's operating temperature exceeds 85°C, it may cause ha85°Cards. Synthesi200MHzing a clock output frequency of 200MHz is possible with this clock-generator. This frequency generator may fail to start up if the ambient temp is lower than -40°C. This clock PLL features ALSO OPERATES AT 2.5V AND 3.3V NOMINAL SUPPLY for better clock signal output.
