Tape & Reel (TR)-method packaging is used for clock ICs. A Clock PLL is included with the 24-VFQFN Exposed Pad package. Frequency generator can maintain a maximum temperature of 260 under reflowing conditions. It contains a total of 24 terminations within RF synthesizer. To operate this time clock generator, 1.8V voltage should be applied. Thanks to the Surface Mount, this electric component can easily be installed on a panel. Clock PLL is capable of receiving a maximum of 1.98V as a supply voltage. The number of uPs/uCs/PEripheral ICs contained in this clock generator is CLOCK GENERATOR, PROCESSOR SPECIFIC.
