The Tape & Reel (TR) method is used for packaging clock ICs. Embedded in the 64-VFQFN Exposed Pad package is this Clock PLL. Under reflowing process, this clock generator ic is able to sustain a maximum temperature of 260. 64 terminations can be found in frequency synthesizer. Basically, this time clock generator needs a voltage of 1.8V. There is a Clock PLL called LVCMOS, LVDS, LVPECL, Crystal which is designed to be the input to this clock generator. 1 circuits are used to achieve clock PLL's superior flexibility. An upper frequency limit of 1.028GHz Max can be achieved with this clock-based frequency synthesizer. Surface Mount-slots make it easy to mount this electronic component on panels. As far as the supply voltage is concerned, clock PLL can be used with 1.71V~1.89V 3.14V~3.47V. Based on the test statistics, an ambient temperature of -40°C~85°C TA should be set.
