As a clock IC, it uses the Tray package. In the reflowing process, this clock generator ic is able to maintain a maximum temperature of 260. It contains a total of 44 terminations within RF synthesizer. The clock generator ic should be grounded with a voltage of 1.8V. This clock generator would require a maximum supply voltage of 1.89V. CLOCK GENERATOR, PROCESSOR SPECIFIC uPs/uCs/peripheral ICs are incorporated in this digital clock generator. For safety reasons, this frequency synthesizer should have a voltage supply above 1.71V. Whenever the operating temperature for the PLL exceeds 85°C, it may become ha85°Cardous. With this clock-generating device, 1028MHz of high-quality clock output frequency can be generated. An ambient temperature below -40°C may cause this frequency generator to malfunction.
