The Tape & Reel (TR) method is used for packaging clock ICs. This clock generator will sustain a maximum temperature of 260 when reflown. As you can see, it consists of 44 terminations. Clock generator ics require a voltage of 1.8V. The maximal supply voltage (Vsup) reaches 1.89V. RF synthesizer is comprised of CLOCK GENERATOR, PROCESSOR SPECIFIC uPs, uCs, and peripheral ICs. Safety considerations dictate that the supply voltage for this frequency synthesizer should be greater than 1.71V. Whenever the operating temperature for the PLL exceeds 85°C, it may become ha85°Cardous. With this clock-generating device, a high-quality clock output frequency of 350MHz can be produced. An ambient temperature below -40°C may cause this frequency generator to malfunction.
