Tape & Reel (TR)-method packaging is used for clock ICs. The 20-VFQFN Exposed Pad package embeds this Clock PLL. As you can see, it consists of 20 terminations. To operate this time clock generator, 1.8V voltage should be applied. A Surface Mount-shaped electrical component makes it convenient to mount on a panel. Clock PLL is capable of receiving a maximum of 1.89V as a supply voltage. The number of uPs/uCs/PEripheral ICs contained in this clock generator is CLOCK GENERATOR, PROCESSOR SPECIFIC. For safety reasons, this frequency generator's supply voltage should remain above 1.71V. The operating temperature should be kept below 85°C. For the clock, clock generator's output frequency should not exceed 200MHz. An ambient temperature below -40°C may cause this frequency generator to malfunction. A frequency synthesizer with ALSO OPERATES AT 2.5V AND 3.3V NOMINAL SUPPLY features better clock signal output.
