2SB772 Description


The 2SB772 is a planar technology PNP transistor that produces durable, high-performance devices. 2SD882 is the complimentary NPN type,according to the 2SB772 datasheet. Its switching and audio amplification capabilities are extensive. When used as a switch, it can drive a load of up to 3A and can be used to drive a variety of loads in circuits. Furthermore, because the collector-emitter saturation voltage is under 0.3V, this transistor is ideal for low-voltage switching applications.
