2STW1693 Overview
In this device, the DC current gain is 50 @ 2A 4V, which is calculated by taking the ratio of the base current to collector current and dividing transistor by two.Saturation of VCE means Ic is at its maximum value (saturated), and VCE saturation (Max) is 1.5V @ 600mA, 6A.With the emitter base voltage set at 6V, an efficient operation can be achieved.The part has a transition frequency of 20MHz.In extreme cases, the collector current can be as low as 6A volts.
