Collector- Emitter Voltage VCEO Max is 45V, Collector- Base Voltage VCBO is 50V, and Emitter- Base Voltage VEBO is 6V. This device can be applied in industrial applications due to the following features. And its ideal operating temperature is between -55 and +150℃.
