BD244C Overview
In this device, the DC current gain is 15 @ 3A 4V, which is calculated by taking the ratio of the base current to collector current and dividing transistor by two.The collector emitter saturation voltage is 1.5V, giving you a wide variety of design options. In VCE saturation, Ic is at its maximum value (saturated), and the vce saturation (Max) is 1.5V @ 1A, 6A.An emitter's base voltage can be kept at 5V to gain high efficiency. This device has a current rating of -6A which corresponds to the maximum current it can carry for an indefinite period without deteriorating too much.In this part, there is a transition frequency of 3MHz.Single BJT transistor is possible for the collector current to fall as low as 6A volts at Single BJT transistors maximum.
