STGP14N60D is a 600V short-circuit rugged IGBT. This IGBT STGP14N60D utilizes the advanced PowerMESH? process resulting in an excellent trade-off between switching performance and low on-state behavior. The Operating and Storage Temperature Range is between -40 and 175℃. And the transistor STGP14N60D is in the TO-220 package with 95W power dissipation. Additionally, it is green and compliant with RoHS (Lead-free / RoHS Compliant).
