STK850 Description
STK850 is a 30v N-channel STripFET? Power MOSFET. This Power MOSFET STK850 is the latest development of STMicroelectronics' unique ?°single feature size?± strip-based process. The resulting transistor STK850 shows extremely high packing density for low resistance, moreover the double sides cooling package with ultra-low junction to case thermal resistance allows it to handle higher levels of current.
