STL73D Overview


The DC current gain is the ratio of the base current to the collector current βdc = Ic/Ib and the DC current gain for this device is 10 @ 600mA 3V.In VCE saturation, Ic is at its maximum value (saturated), and the vce saturation (Max) is 1V @ 250mA, 1A.A high level of efficiency can be achieved if the base voltage of the emitter remains at 18V.A maximum collector current of 1.5A volts can be achieved.
