This device has a DC current gain of 100 @ 500mA 1V, which is the ratio between the collector current and the base current.This system offers maximum design flexibility due to a collector emitter saturation voltage of 1.2V.VCE saturation indicates Ic is at maximum level (saturated), whereas vce saturation (Max) indicates there is no saturation.A 5A continuous collector voltage is necessary to achieve high efficiency.Keeping the emitter base voltage at 6V allows for a high level of efficiency.Breakdown input voltage is 30V volts.A maximum collector current of 5A volts is possible.
