STN9260 Overview
In this device, the DC current gain is 50 @ 20mA 5V, which is the ratio between the base current and the collector current.VCE saturation indicates Ic is at maximum level (saturated), whereas vce saturation (Max) indicates there is no saturation.Keeping the emitter base voltage at -7V can result in a high level of efficiency.Single BJT transistor can be broken down at a voltage of 600V volts.A maximum collector current of 500mA volts is possible.
