In order to protect these photodiodes from damage, they are packaged in the Bulk. It is necessary to place the photodiodes into TO-46 packages in order to protect them from damage. Continuously reverse-bias the photodiodes shouldn't exceed 100V. It has 2 pins for the photodiodes. A circuit containing photodiodes might release 250mW heat. Anode voltage for the reverse anode of the photodiodes should be 60V. A photodiode should be able to conduct current at 1.2V voltage. Reverse-bias photodiodes can provide 60V voltages. Without light, a photodiode has 1nA current.
