OPF792 Overview
In order to protect these photodiodes from damage, they are packaged in the Bulk. It is necessary to place the photodiodes into Module packages in order to protect them from damage. A continuous reverse-bias mode can only sustain 50V voltage per photodiode. Continuously reverse-bias the photodiodes shouldn't exceed 50V. It has 3 pins for the photodiodes. In order for photodiodes to function, the temperature must not exceed 85°C. However, the minimum operating temperature of the photodiodes should be set to -40°C. Reverse-bias photodiodes can provide 50V voltages. Without light, a photodiode has 500pA current.
