In this device, the DC current gain is 10000 @ 500mA 5V, which is the ratio between the base current and the collector current.A collector emitter saturation voltage of 1.25V allows maximum design flexibility.Saturation of VC means the Ic value is at its maximum, so vce saturation (Max) is 1.25V @ 8mA, 800mA.In order to achieve high efficiency, the continuous collector voltage should be kept at 800mA.If the emitter base voltage is kept at 10V, a high level of efficiency can be achieved.The current rating of this fuse is 800mA, which means that transistor can carry an indefintransistore amount of current wtransistorhout deteriorating too much.A maximum collector current of 800mA volts can be achieved.
