DSL12AW-7 Overview
As the DC current gain is the ratio of the collector current to the base current, for this device the DC current gain is 100 @ 800mA 1.5 V.The collector emitter saturation voltage is -290mV, which allows for maximum design flexibility.VCE saturation indicates Ic is at maximum level (saturated), whereas vce saturation (Max) indicates there is no saturation. For high efficiency, the continuous collector voltage must be kept at -2A.The emitter base voltage can be kept at -5V for high efficiency. As a result, the part has a transition frequency of 180MHz.This device can take an input voltage of 12V volts before it breaks down.During maximum operation, collector current can be as low as 2A volts.
