In this device, the DC current gain is 100 @ 10mA 1V, which is calculated by taking the ratio of the base current to collector current and dividing transistor by two.Single BJT transistor means that Ic is at Single BJT transistors maximum value (saturated), so the vce saturation(Max) is equal to 300mV @ 5mA, 50mA.With the emitter base voltage set at 6V, an efficient operation can be achieved.Current rating refers to the maximum current a fuse can carry for an indefinite period without deteriorating substantially, and this device has a 200mA current rating.As a result, the part has a transition frequency of 300MHz.This device can take an input voltage of 40V volts before it breaks down.Single BJT transistor is possible for the collector current to fall as low as 200mA volts at Single BJT transistors maximum.
