DC current gain' is equal to the ratio of the collector current to the base current, something like Ic/Ib, and this device has 100 @ 500mA 2V DC current gain.With a collector emitter saturation voltage of 1V, it offers maximum design flexibility.A VCE saturation indicates a maximum value of Ic (saturation), and a maximum value of VCE saturation (Max).In order to achieve high efficiency, the continuous collector voltage should be kept at 1A.An emitter's base voltage can be kept at 5V to gain high efficiency.Fuse current ratings refer to how much current the fuse can carry for an indefinite period without deteriorating too much, and this device has a current rating of 1A.In the part, the transition frequency is 150MHz.An input voltage of 30V volts is the breakdown voltage.Single BJT transistor is possible for the collector current to fall as low as 1A volts at Single BJT transistors maximum.
