The DC current gain is the ratio of the base current to the collector current βdc = Ic/Ib and the DC current gain for this device is 300 @ 100mA 2V.This design offers maximum flexibility with a collector emitter saturation voltage of -245mV.Single BJT transistor means that Ic is at Single BJT transistors maximum value (saturated), so the vce saturation(Max) is equal to 330mV @ 100mA, 1.5A.Maintaining the continuous collector voltage at -1.5A is essential for high efficiency.An emitter's base voltage can be kept at 5V to gain high efficiency.A fuse's current rating indicates how much current it will be able to carry over an indefinite period, and this device has a current rating of (-1.5A).The part has a transition frequency of 190MHz.This device can take an input voltage of 40V volts before it breaks down.Single BJT transistor is possible for the collector current to fall as low as 1.5A volts at Single BJT transistors maximum.
