ZTX1051A Overview
In this device, the DC current gain is 300 @ 1A 2V, which is calculated by taking the ratio of the base current to collector current and dividing transistor by two.Saturation of VC means the Ic value is at its maximum, so vce saturation (Max) is 210mV @ 100mA, 4A.In order to achieve high efficiency, the continuous collector voltage should be kept at 4A.If the emitter base voltage is kept at 5V, a high level of efficiency can be achieved.A fuse's current rating indicates how much current it will be able to carry over an indefinite period, and this device has a current rating of (4A).The part has a transition frequency of 155MHz.Single BJT transistor is possible to have a collector current as low as 4A volts at Single BJT transistors maximum.
