ZTX792A Overview
As dc = Ic/Ib, DC current gain is the ratio of base current to collector current, and DC current gain for this device is 300 @ 10mA 2V.A collector emitter saturation voltage of -500mV allows maximum design flexibility.In VCE saturation, Ic is at its maximum value (saturated), and the vce saturation (Max) is 500mV @ 200mA, 2A.Single BJT transistor is recommended to keep the continuous collector voltage at -2A in order to achieve high efficiency.Keeping the emitter base voltage at -5V can result in a high level of efficiency.Fuse current ratings refer to how much current the fuse can carry for an indefinite period without deteriorating too much, and this device has a current rating of -2A.The part has a transition frequency of 100MHz.A maximum collector current of 2A volts can be achieved.
