ZXTP2039FTA Overview
In this device, the DC current gain is 100 @ 500mA 5V, which is calculated by taking the ratio of the base current to collector current and dividing transistor by two.This system offers maximum design flexibility due to a collector emitter saturation voltage of -600mV.A VCE saturation (Max) of 600mV @ 100mA, 1A means Ic has reached its maximum value(saturated).With the emitter base voltage set at 5V, an efficient operation can be achieved.Normally, a fuse's current rating refers to how much current it can carry without deteriorating too much, which in this case is -1A.Parts of this part have transition frequencies of 150MHz.A breakdown input voltage of 60V volts can be used.Single BJT transistor is possible for the collector current to fall as low as 1A volts at Single BJT transistors maximum.
