IFS100B12N3E4PB11BPSA1 Description


A fixed-voltage regulator with a low drop of 5 V, this device. The highest input voltage is 42 V (65 V, approximately 400 ms). It controls the output voltage with a 2% accuracy up to an input voltage of 26 V and for an output current up to 650 mA. A maximum output current of 650 mA is prohibited by the short circuit protection. A temperature protection feature that disables the device at high temperatures is included into the gadget, along with overvoltage protection.
