SGP20N60HSXKSA1 belongs to the family of fast IGBTs with soft, fast recovery anti-parallel emitter controlled diode, designed based on NPT technology. It provides 30% lower Eoff compared to the previous generation combined with low conduction losses. Due to the NPT technology, this electronic part is capable of delivering very tight parameter distribution, high ruggedness, stable temperature behavior, and parallel switching capability. The SGP20N60HSXKSA1 IGBT can be well suited for motor controls and inverters.
