SKB02N60ATMA1 Description


SKB02N60ATMA1 belongs to the family of fast IGBTs with soft, fast recovery anti-parallel emitter controlled diode, designed based on NPT technology. It provides 75% lower Eoff compared to the previous generation combined with low conduction losses. Due to the NPT technology, this electronic part is capable of delivering very tight parameter distribution, high ruggedness, stable temperature behaviour, and parallel switching capability. The SKB02N60ATMA1 IGBT can be well suited for motor controls and inverters.
