IGW75N60H3 Discription


IGW75N60H3 is a high-speed IGBT,TO247TO47 package with trench and field stop technology. The high-speed 600V, 75A single TRENCHSTOP IGBT3 provides the best tradeoff between switching loss and turn-on loss. The main feature of this series is that it has a turn-off switch behavior similar to that of MOSFET, resulting in lower turn-off loss.
