In order to package it as a clock IC, the Tape & Reel (TR) package is used. The 8-SOIC (0.154, 3.90mm Width) package embeds this Clock PLL. Frequency generator can maintain a maximum temperature of 260 under reflowing conditions. There are 8 terminations found in the file. Clock generator ics require a voltage of 3.3V. Clock is designed for clock generator's input. An implementation of 1 circuits is required in order to fully utili1e the capabilities of the electrical part.
