In this device, the DC current gain is 30 @ 10A 2V, which is calculated by taking the ratio of the base current to collector current and dividing transistor by two.This system offers maximum design flexibility due to a collector emitter saturation voltage of 1.8V.VCE saturation indicates Ic is at maximum level (saturated), whereas vce saturation (Max) indicates there is no saturation.An emitter's base voltage can be kept at 6V to gain high efficiency.A fuse's current rating indicates how much current it will be able to carry over an indefinite period, and this device has a current rating of (25A).Parts of this part have transition frequencies of 40MHz.A maximum collector current of 25A volts can be achieved.
