BCV26 Overview
In this device, the DC current gain is 20000 @ 100mA 5V, which is the ratio between the base current and the collector current. The collector emitter saturation voltage is 1V, which allows for maximum design flexibility. In VCE saturation, Ic is at its maximum value (saturated), and the vce saturation (Max) is 1V @ 100μA, 100mA.Keeping the emitter base voltage at 10V allows for a high level of efficiency. In definition, current rating refers to the maximum current a fuse can carry for an indefinite period without deteriorating too much, and the current rating of this device is -1.2A.The part has a transition frequency of 220MHz.The breakdown input voltage is 30V volts.During maximum operation, collector current can be as low as 1.2A volts.
